"It was easy for me to make a same day appointment and check in was easy for me as they have a self check in kiosk, staff is friendly and quick, environment is clean, and I love the new location it's more spacious than the last!"

"I set a record today, drove to my appointment on Central Ave, signed in (you now scan the front and back of your driver's license plus the front of your healthcare card after entering your appt code), was seen in two minutes, bled, left a urine sample and was back home on Park Ave in just 28 minutes! Yes, 28 MINUTES round trip!!!! Gotta' love appointments and this digital age."

"Worst place to go! I went here for pre-employment drug testing and after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room they turned me away because I had my 3 year old son with me. I’m a single widowed parent, and my only choice is to being my son with me every where I go. Because if then, I’ve lost my job offer and am going to go longer without work. Thanks a lot lady. I hope Karma hits this facility hard."

"They are very good at what they do. We have an especially difficult child & they are always beyond patient with her. They worked with us to calm her down so that they could do the blood draw safely. There can be a bit of a wait at times but it's worth it. The bad reviews are most likely from people who think they always need to be at the front of the line."

"I have a busy schedule and take advantage of any business that offers me the opportunity to make an appointment to skip waiting for walk ins. This morning, I had an appointment and waited for over 40 minutes for all the walking ins to be waited on in the order they came as I expected to be called at my scheduled time. I am extremely disappointed in the wait time for having a scheduled appointment. What is the point of an appointment at a place like this if you do not follow the expectation?"
