"My daughter was an infrequent patient at old location and it was bad. Stayed away for two years . TODAY, We have just returned from an EXCEPTIONAL visit with Dr. Sager, who I have to say is one of the best medical professionals I have met. I read earlier reviews , our original appt had to be rescheduled , by us, not the center, and both calls were quick and efficient...so they must be trying. Reception was also good."

"So far not impressed with place. Last week wife had a 9am appointment with obgyn. We arrived at 830am. Waited till 10:15. We thought he was behind schedule. We saw everyone else going in and out so we asked reception area what gives. They never signed my wife in. And wanted us wait. We declined and changed appointment. And nobody ever answers phones there when we try calling. Ridiculous."

"Recently was hired by the Office Manager 3 wks. Ago been calling for training for 3 wks. Today HR Calls and says that I wasn't hired According to HR due to not receiving a letter of Offer ! I'm not a crazy person I know wht I was told and whom by,this is not Professional Behavior by Any M eans Former Applicants BeWare!!"

"The receptionist that answers for new patients has played games to avoid having to do any work for almost a week now, pretending to look up things and then saying "ill call you back". There's never a call back. She is actively trying to deter people from getting mental health appointments and the only motivation I can think of is that she simply does not want to do her job. If that's the case why is she employed there."

"IF I could give 0 stars I Would.. This used to be a good establishment been going there for many years, but the doctos they have now really dont care about anything but billing hours wont even answer simples questions on their portal. Today I was supposed to see chiro and my joints were sore and legs slightly swollen (its almost always like that as i have health issues) and they refused to treat me and instead put me thru more pain! Update: While I still feel they have fallen down hill a little things were smoothed over and taken care of and things are back on track at least for me, but I will say I never really got an answer for that but I have moved on…"
