"I went in to the ER for bleeding during pregnancy and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful, kind, and took the extra time to make sure I understood everything that was happening and who I'd be seeing. They really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Cody, Caitlyn, Catie, and Andrea were fantastic! Sorry if I misspelled your names, or missed anyone. Thank you all for your excellent care!!"

"I went last night for neasea and vomiting for over a week. all of the staff were super nice to me. they listened to what was going on and treated me with kindness. the security guard, the front desk lady, the nurse that took my vitals, the nurse that distributed meds, and the doctor were all so sweet. they got me in and out in 2 hours. overall had a great experience."

"Absolute trash. I don’t understand why it takes 5 hours to look at a 5 year olds ear. Staff heard and saw his crying and screaming in pain but not a single person was in any rush to help him. Thanks to the 1 person for getting someone to get him a glass of water… was kinda taken back when the other one said it wasn’t allowed unless they’re a patient. (Which he was, no he didn’t have a room but he had a band and we had been waiting for an hour before we even asked anyways. Not to mention if you’re gonna make us wait 3 hours for a room in the “quick” area atleast change the garbage. My son had to puke and I lifted the lid to an over full garbage can with someone else’s blood all over it."

"I'd give minus stars if I could. Never seen such a fiasco of a hospital in my life. A bunch of RNs that don't know the difference between Ativan and morphine for pain. Untrained supposed to be social workers? That have no absolute clue how to answer a question and then turn it around like you don't have a right to know. Passing meds and then not documenting the patient reaction to such meds ?? The people in Chautauqua County deserve better care !!! This place is the worst !!!!"

"Some of the staff is great but the majority are condescending imbeciles. My SO started new meds and has been having an odd reaction to them regarding his throat and they told him it’s a 3-4 hour wait for just a sore throat. Obviously if it was just a sore throat he would go to his primary but it isn’t. Another time we went they had told him (as if he were stupid) that the ER is for emergencies. Again if he didn’t feel like his throat was closing and it was just something minor he would go to his primary. Don’t go here."
