"I was charged two office visits for my annual exam. Nothing was discussed, nor was I counseled on anything. Very disappointing, I was a patient there over 10 years but will not go back. I was charged over $900 for a15 minute visit where my past history was read and I was sent for labs and they want me to take this up with my insurance, this is why insurance costs skyrocket. Updated 1/12/24, sent an email to the below on 1/6/24 and have not received a response."

"I've been a member of Gateway Family for many years seeing Dr. Moretz. To me he is a top of the line doctor and hated to see him move on. I went there about a week ago to see the doctor who took his place but had to see a nurse practitioner. The experience was horrible. I had several issues going on. The only thing she kept saying while she shrugged up her lips was " I don't know". What does that mean? I will share this; I have a cyst on my wrist were the knot is pronounced that is painful. I said could it be a gangling Cyst? Her response; "Naw, I don't believe it is but if it was we cant do anything about it. Lips shrugged up again. So I say; what is it then. Again with the lips shrugging up her response. " I don't know but I don't think its anything to worry about" WTH!!!!! You don't talk to a patient like you just came off the street. I am going to Maple Wood to continue with my doctor I have been seeing for many years."
