"My first visit to this center, and the whole staff was very unfriendly. I felt like a inconvenience with the desk staff, and things got a lot worse with the ultrasound tech. It was the 1st time getting to see my new baby and it was ruined by the cold attitude of the tech. She was very short and acted like she was ready for me to leave before I even sat down. When I asked if I can get a copy of the pics, she was very curt and cut me off saying she will send them to my phone with out further explanation. And when she was done she told me to wipe off and said I can leave. If I also had not asked when my baby was possibly due she wouldn't have told me. She ushered my husband, son and I out the door and into a hallway that we had to navigate ourselves to exit. I left there furious. Ladies do not go to this place to get anything done. The staff does not care about you. And they make that attitude known."

"I just had a really great experience here. My anatomy scan looked good, thank God!! The lady who did my ultrasound named Sharon was so nice. She explained everything to me and was both professional and warm. The room was immaculately clean and there was classical music playing softly which was nice. The doctor then came in and she was really kind and friendly too. Her name was Dr. Herrera. I was given four printed pics of the baby and videos and pics were sent to my phone. I highly recommend this place because they treat you with kindness and respect and it’s clean and comfortable."

"Great care during appointments, but I had several complications from my C-section and the follow-up care was poor to the point of true negligence. In particular, nurses' responses to two different medical issues (one addressed over the phone in real time and one message left on the nurse triage line) were woefully inadequate and I was never referred to an NP or doctor for help or given an appointment."
