"So my daughter caught COVID and was sick so we had to cancel her appointment. Then her mother got COVID and missed the second appointment. The front desk lady said it was a pattern and decided against ever serving us again and seemed to not care or take the time to understand that situation. Stating that they only see patients with our insurance on Wednesdays only, which I feel is wrong on numerous levels and makes me want to contact the insurance center for that. So now we got in contact with a newer dental place and they treated us with stellar service at Dino Dental and understanding staff and the environment so kid friendly."

"We had a fabulous experience for our two young kids at CPD. The office is bright, clean, and welcoming. There’s multiple play areas throughout, making it easy to bring along siblings. The staff were so friendly, patient, understanding, and just so, so good with my nervous 4 year old and shy, first time going to the dentist, 2 year old. The dental hygienist, Karen, was so sweet with my kids, and was efficient as well, and Dr. Alex was also so kind and took her time speaking with us. The whole experience didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelming at all. Which, with nervous kids is a big deal! Highly recommend."

"I was recommended by a dental hygienist that works there and it did not disappoint! Staff was very patient, kind, and attentive to my girls during visit. My oldest daughter asked a lot of questions and the dental hygienist answered every question with kindness. My youngest felt scared but the dental hygienist was patient and understanding. At the end, one of my daughters has to go through treatment and I had some questions and concerns, the DDS/MS answered everything without hesitation or hurry. My daughters look forward to their dentist visits now!"
