"Had annual physical and discussed issues and expectations upfront with Jessica Allen PA-C and Whitney H. MA. Easy to speak with but did not listen to all my concerns and address them appropriately. I am now having to address them with the Practice Management (Tracy Dixon) and have not had her respond to my requests appropriately. She called and advised me what she was going to do but that has yet to happen. My advice is stay away from any practice associated with Atrium Health. It was rushed due to big medical greed and they didn’t hesitate to charge me the full amount for an incomplete service. If you are a man looking to have a physical completed I would seek another provider as Jessica Allen PA-C is not comfortable with assessing men’s concerns. She did not follow through on all the labs that were requested and numerous phone calls have been placed to this office with no results. Good people I’m sure.Terrible system and company focused on moving as many people through the doors as possible. Hate that the rapport i had built with some of the members of the staff was completely destroyed by poor response times and lack of professionalism. Good luck finding another provider local not associated with Atrium Health. Speak up about your experience or this will always remain the same! My advice to anyone having bad experiences! Ryan"
