"We’ve been dealing with leaks for a few months at our older home. We called Jordan Plumbing to get an estimate to repipe our house since our house’s polybutylene pipes had begun to fail. Jeffrey Jordan came out to walk through the house, explain clearly what the process would look like, and gave us an estimate. They were very accommodating and got us in to repipe the whole house on the subsequent Saturday (we made the initial call on Monday). We were so grateful that they were able to get us in so quickly. Jeffrey and his team came on time and worked very efficiently to get the whole repipe done in one day. They were also polite and communicative, keeping us updated with their progress and answering any questions we had. They cleaned up all the dust and other debris from cutting into the drywall to fix the pipes before they left and also referred us to a contractor who was able to come by and repair the drywall at a reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and we will be using Jordan Plumbing in the future."

"If you need plumbing and maintenance work done: Call Jordan plumbing right away. They are a family owned business and are very professional. Mr. Jordan has been in the business for more than 25 years and knows his stuff. He keeps that same standard for his employees. His team was able to come out and diagnose the issue and provide an estimate in a timely manner. We unfortunately needed a lot of work done, but they were able to schedule us for the same week. Mr. Jordan himself called us to verify house layout and time frames so that we knew when to expect them. On the day of the service, the team arrived right on time and got to work right away. They took care to use covers on their shoes and put plastic down on the ground to keep the house clean. From what we’ve surveyed around the area, the estimate they gave was appropriate and the fact that they could fit us in within a few days was amazing. They worked hard all day and Mr. Jordan made it a priority to keep us informed on what work they needed to do."

"I called a few plumbers and Jordan Plumbing answered right away and sent a plumber the same day. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I got a conformation call from the plumber Jeffrey and he was very prompt. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He showed me what the problem was and what he needed to do. He quoted a very reasonable price and I had him fix the problem. While he was here he fixed my shower faucet as well. His work was exceptional and I would recommend him to everyone. I’ve got more projects and I will be calling him again! Thank you Jeffrey!!!"

"needed some work on the sewer line and to start things off the person i spoke with on the phone was incredible. she made me happy. you'll have to call and schedule an appointment to find out how. : ) and their response was extremely quick, scheduling an appointment in the afternoon of the morning i called. finally, the workers who came out and provided the work, Brian and Flavio, were incredibly respectful, nice and hard working. and while i feel the price was very steep, these two young men represented Jordan Plumbing very well, and it is because of them that i would use Jordan's Plumbing again."
