"I’ve been through a number of car issues in the last few years and a number of mechanics. Nobody has come close to the wonderful experience I had today with N Tune. I called them in the morning to say I’d be having my car towed because it was leaking gas. When I called in the afternoon to say the tow truck driver fixed it, they asked if I wanted to drive it in and they could make sure everything was okay. I asked if I could bring my dog, and they said yes. (Big points for this!!). When I got there, everyone was so kind. I’ve experienced a lot of condescension as a young woman in car shops & mechanics, but none of that was present. They took the time to explain everything I had questions about and more. I actually left fully confident in my knowledge & knowing a little more than when I had come in. Fully plan on bringing the other cars here. These guys were amazing."
