"The Guys at Maynor were amazing. Austin and Matthew at Maynor were the installers. The found several issues with the existing duct work and they made the repairs at no additional charge. The new system is very quiet and the air flow from the registers is better and has more balanced air flow. I have a good friend in the commercial HVAC business, and he said to give Ken at Maynor a call and said they would treat you RIGHT. They did just that on price scope of word and the quality and workmanship put into the new installation. If you do not contact Maynor for you HVAC you are making a HUGE mistake. I would not hesitate to give Maynor my highest recommendation. Tell Maynor that Mark Taylor said they would treat you RIGHT."
"Maynor has consistently done an excellent job, being both punctual, communicative, and thorough. During a recent routine service call, the tech Everardo took the time to assess and correct things out of scope for a routine call. He crawled through very tight crawl spaces to adjust dampers and even discovered an error I with the wiring on a Nest thermostat that was only using auxiliary backup heat. He corrected the issue which should impact our monthly utility bill in a great way. Thanks!"
"I highly recommend this business. I am a repeat customer and this company and employees are top notch. I am always amazed by how efficient Jessica Gordon is and how courteous, attentive and professional the installation crew was as they installed my brand new Reem water heater. Now I have a brand new water heater and Reem HVAC system. Could not be happier with the service and value I have received from Maynor in the last couple years since I first hired them. They will take care of Everything as quickly as possible! My water heater went out last night and they had someone on the phone with me right away making sure gas valve and water valve were off. Next morning Mike stopped by to evaluate the situation and by noon they installed the new water heater. Thank you Jamal, Seth, Mike and Jessica. I appreciate you all so much!"
"Diagnosed problem quickly and provided several options to resolve. Information provided was thorough enough to make a decision based on life of higher cost items. Ended up replacing the unit and very satisfied with the speed to deliver and install new packaged unit. Sergio and Vicente did a great job listening to my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the placement of condensate drain and appearance with the connection to my existing ductwork. Matt, the original service tech, was on point with the options and no pressure to up sale. Tommy the sales guy was also trustworthy and gave a fair price for the work performed. Nice job Maynor."
"We had Maynor replace our upstairs and downstairs HVAC units in late 2022. On August 22, 2023 we saw water dripping through a doorway in our main bathroom. The upstairs unit water pan was overflowing, see pics. We called Maynor and they sent a tech same day who said he fixed it stated something was installed incorrectly and it shouldn’t have happened. The overflowing water poured down our walls in our main bathroom ruining the ceiling and wall. While we appreciate them getting to us pretty quickly once we saw the water pouring down our bathroom wall, this is definitely not okay. Here is why this review is being written. We were told someone would call us to follow up, no one has. I personally have called multiple times since this failure obviously super frustrated and keep getting told someone will call but everybody is too busy. This occurred last week on Tuesday August 22, 2023, it’s now Wednesday August 30, 2023 and I guess I’m hoping this review prompts someone at Maynor to follow up. Plus I just ran up in the attic and checked while writing this and there is currently about 1 3/8” of standing water in the tray. As I type this it’s filling up, see pic. Currently our drywall looks like it’s melting, see pics, we don’t know how long water was overflowing and running down the wall. Interestingly the previous tray upstairs used to have a drain line in it, you can see a cut pipe laying on the floor, see pic. Maynor cut this drain pipe off during installation and left is laying in the floor in the attic. Then ironically they installed a pipe in the side of the tray and put a cap on it instead of connecting it to the drainage pipe already there?!? I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have connected these 2 pipes and save a homeowner this negative review by providing a redundant drain situation. I saw this during install and asked about it. The tech installing the unit said we won’t need that anymore, lol. All of this stuff you’ll see in the pics. Current status, we have about 1 3/8” of standing water in the tray, the tray has no drainage, Maynor has not followed up with us after coming out to repair this mess and getting multiple phone calls from us. Furthermore I have no confidence that it’s not going to overflow again and Maynor won’t respond to us, what would you do in this situation?"
