Another company came out initially & told us to put things on the top shelf of the fridge that we don’t mind freezing! One Source sent Lee out and in 10 minutes he explained what was wrong with our fridge and the parts he was going to order. Once the parts were in, he had everything replaced in 30 minutes. "I called One Source and LEE came out and was amazing! He helped with (3) concerns and when he was done everything was running excellent! Lee was kind and he never made me feel like I was a bother to him or a burden. Lee was patient and made sure to break down everything for me on the bill. Lee fixed my dishwasher, fridge and dryer. What was really amazing is that the dishwasher wasn't even broken, it was just being operated incorrectly and Lee explained it to us and adjusted our bill to reflect as such.
