"The woman who helped me did a wonderful job. She replaced the crystal on my watch with an aftermarket domed sapphire crystal that I provided. She informed me that with it being an aftermarket Crystal, there’s no guarantee it would fit until she tried, and if she tried, there was no guarantee that the old one would not be broken during removal. I told her I understood and said that if it breaks , it breaks and I’d like her to try. She kindly agreed, and had it done very quickly not a speck of dust left under the dial. Everything was great. I will return again."

"Stopped by to have my wife's watch battery replaced. Lady working at the counter on 9/1 around 6:30pm was very nice and quick. Paid in cash and didn't get a receipt for the $12.00 (1x$10.00 bill and a $2.00 bill) repair. It was only until we were almost home that we noticed that one of the hands for the calendar had been broken. I'm not sure what happened or if the replacement of the battery was too quick/rough but it wasn't broken when we dropped it off. A little disappointed as this was perfectly working watch."
