"They have done many Christian Louboutin red bottoms for me plus many other repairs and even remake boots for a costume. A+++ all around! Highly recommend."
"Great first experience adding the rubber red bottom to my Louboutin sandals. They were so slippery before. Quick turn time too!"
"They find a way. Had Johnston&murphy boat shoes fixed and protected against further friction damage. Maison margiela tabis, needed rubber on the bottom when the leather ran thin, they did it and got the toe split perfect. Theyre also cool peeps"
"Please do not take your expensive designer shoes there. I was foolish enough to bring my 7 pairs like Rene Caovilla and Gianvito Rossi and they actually made holes while placing tabs. Those tabs do have prongs, but they left visible holes around each prong. This is not a place for high end footwear, even though it was recommended to me. They do a terrible amateur job. Beware."
"Poor quality service. They tore a hole through my $135 ecco sandal and made it worse than when I had originally dropped off my sandals. The lady then shamelessly charged me for the repair on the other sandal and didn’t even bother to offer to patch up the sandal that had been spoilt until I insisted that she do something about it. However, the hole was at the joint where the strap was connected with the sole, so it was something that couldn’t undo the damage without impacting the integrity of the sole strength. Lesson learned. Will not trust another cheap a$$ repair."
