And for those of you giving bad reviews because of looks - shame on you. Also the phone rang a couple times amd because he was helping customers he ignored it since he was alone in the store. That’s what voice mail is for anyway."

"I was told information over the phone and then showed up in store to get a lock removed and then was told they couldn’t do it. I’d stay away from this location. Just to be clear it’s not about the service not being done. It’s about telling me something can be done just for me to drive down there and pretty much waste my time. Super poor experience"

"A couple of days ago, I got the black screen of death on my Pixel 7. After trying several tips I found online and finding no success, I decided to try this place as a last resort. Upon arriving for my appointment, I explained to the guy whose name I don't remember the issue I was having with my phone. He explained that it was likely an issue with the pixels in the screen, gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it, and told me they could have it fixed the same day. After he checked to make sure they had the necessary equipment to fix my phone, he asked me for my phone which I gave to him. He inspected the phone and proceeded to remove the SIM card. He then asked me if I had ever removed the SIM card to which I replied no, I only handled the SIM card when I inserted it to activate the phone. That's when he said the SIM card somehow broke off inside the phone as he was trying to remove to get the IMEI number to open the ticket to fix the phone. The SIM card broke off inside the phone...What?!!!! My phone is in pristine condition aside from the screen being black. At that point, he told me that they would be unable to fix the phone because they couldn't get the IMEI number to open the ticket. He then recommended I reach out to Google to see what help they could offer. So, thank you uBreakiFix for causing another issue with my phone that I have to get resolved."

"Wonderful experience with this place! We are traveling and my husband broke his screen. We panicked because he needed it for work. He ended up being without his phone for only a day because of this place! Super friendly staff and quick fix! Would highly recommend this place."

"Been to this location at least 5x. Bearded big guy is not friendly and I witnessed him be rude to many customers including my girlfriend. He is disgusting and looks he likes he hasn't showered in weeks if not months. He has dandruff flakes all over his t shirt. He doesn't handle the phones with care. He just throws them down on the counter. This location never ever answers the phone and doesn't notify you when your parts arrive. If I could give this location a zero rating I would."
