"We had a plumbing issue that had us very concerned but even though it was late and the tech must have been tired from the long day the service was great. He was kind and clear about the investigation of our issue explaining clearly what had caused the issue and how to help reduce chance of further problems. Excellently handled."
"Ethan provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and very experienced at his job. Thomas was caring, very professional, and did a really extensive inspection of our home. I would recommend Thomas to anyone for an inspection of their home. Micheal & Son Services did an excellent job, good company!"
"I had the opportunity to have Ryan Murphy come in this morning and check the plumbing in my home. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with plumbing issues. I enjoyed meeting him. He went in every room that had faucets and toilets. He had to replace some new parts inside of my toilet bowl and a shower head. Once he had made the recommendations, he began to work diligently to put in the new items. Ryan showed me everything that was replaced and asked if I had any questions. His timing was excellent throughout the visit. I expected him to need a 2 hour window for completing the services, but it was within an hour or less. He even had to go in my attic to check my water heater. I was truly impressed with how he even placed a rug outside my door so that no extra dirt would get on my floors.Ryan also wore fitted protection over his shoes. Thank you, Ryan, for providing excellent services in my home today."
"Over two years ago when we moved into our house, we had these guys (an electrician and what I’m guessing was an apprentice) come out to install at GFCI receptacle in our garage because the outside lights and receptacles weren’t working and there was no way to untrip them. After they installed it, I noticed that it was tripping often and had them come back out to check it, new electrician said all was good. Fast forward two years and my wife is using the treadmill out there and it trips again. I decide to do some of my own research and notice that a 20 Amp receptacle was installed on a 15 Amp circuit breaker. This makes for a high high probability of an electrical wire as the GFCI for a 20 Amp receptacle takes longer to trip. Needless to say, I was pissed. I paid “professionals” $330 (which is ridiculous btw) to do the work and I’m the one that ends up having to figure out that it is wrong? I shouldn’t have to be checking professionals work. Even more maddening is they put my family’s life at risk and all of our belongings. I requested to speak to a manager when the last electrician came out to confirm my fears. He told me to call into the office and ask for Ray. I have called three times in less than a week and still haven’t heard anything back. I can’t recommend these guys."
