"Was told everyone had left (called 6:15am) and he wouldn’t have anyone until 11:00. (Only needing a fuel delivery). Apparently, what they mean by “24-hr roadside assistance” is they will answer the phone call 24/7 but they only assistance you will get is the conversation. Thanks"

"Don't deal with this company. They did not repair my truck, they actually caused more damage. They billed us for 5 hours, when it reality they were there for maybe 20 minutes the first night and maybe an hour the next day (also left for 30 mins during that hour to get a tool). Also, he had a child under the age of 10 with him while he was "repairing" the truck. When i called to discuss this with him, he was incredibly rude. He hung up on me when I asked if he was the owner or the manager. I called back and he proceeded to argue and be very unprofessional and rude. We have video surveillance of the truck the whole time it was being "worked" on it. I will be contacting the BBB. Do yourself a favor and call a legitimate company if you want good service. Also the only 5 star rating for this company is by the owner himself, Tyrone McClain."
