"Sears was chosen by my warranty company to fix my stove. Sadly, the wrong part was installed and was not replaced until weeks later. When a second problem arose, one of the two new parts were ordered incorrectly so once again I have to wait for that to come in. Regards customer service- the first technician was very apathetic and annoyed when I asked if the problem I was having was common and if he had any recommendations for a new stove. He limited his answers to one word. He was also the one that installed the wrong part. The second technician was nicer and more helpful which I appreciated but he was the one that ordered the wrong part for the second issue. The one positive thing I suppose was the ease of rescheduling and the reminders about the appointment. If I had a choice, I would not use Sears service again unfortunately."
"I spoke with Gabriel via phone conversation, with him letting me know that he would be aty home in 30 minutes. I didn't know whether he had an arrogant attitude or it's was his personality the way he talked, like he didn't want to be bothered. Once he arrived at my house I wasn't there but my sister was there to greet him. She stated to me that when Gabriel entered my home, he asked her where's the dryer. Now she didn't know what took place with our conversation earlier. She stated she showed him the where the dryer was located and then took a seat in the den. She thought about what had just took place. She got up went back into the laundry room and confronted Gabriel about entering the home and not identifying himself to her. His response was, he thought that she was the lady that he spoke with on the phone. Even if it was or wasn't me the professional way was to him to say good morning, introduce himself, state the company in which he work for and then ask her where the dryer was located. Once he finished,she asked him if a personal check was acceptable, he said no. The information that was sent to me showed me the forms of payments which is visa, MasterCard, Bank Card or personal check. If that information is incorrect then it needs to be corrected."
