"MY wife took her phone to Alex which stopped working knowing it had gotten wet and if it was fixable. Obviously it wasn't so he suggested we go get a new phone at Walmart and he would transfer her information over to her new phone. He spent a lot of time helping us in between all his other customers coming in. After 2 hours everything was done and he only charged us a very minimal amount. We thought he was going to charge more for all that he did for her. He was a very nice and personable person. Would highly recommend him."

"Alex fixed my old cell phone twice:. last year I broke the back glass. Alex had me buy a new back online and he provided the labor. He replaced the back in 5 minutes while I waited. All in for the repair -parts and labor under $25. This December I dropped the phone and the screen went black. Verizon was no help. They wanted to sell me a new phone for $600 and said they wouldn't be able to get my data off the old phone because the screen was inoperable. Went to Alex and he quoted such a reasonable price it was worth fixing the screen on a 6 year old phone. He even offered to have it fixed the same day I dropped it off.
