"The name of this company speaks for itself but is so much more than just reliable. I called the number listed and a John answered on the 2nd ring. I explained what was going on and he said "Don't worry, we'll get you taken care of". He did just that. The next morning a gentleman named Chris was at my house and had my car fixed and ready to go within an hour! He was very nice, polite and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. I truly could not have gotten any better service than what this company provided. Bravo! Thank you so much! Awesome and Honest!"

"10/10. Stumbled upon this place on Google after my car broke down about 30 mins from Ocean Isle in a fairly remote location on a Sunday night. Nowhere was open, but John and Kay came to my rescue! They were able to arrange towing and fixed my car the next day for a VERY reasonable price. Truly kind and genuine people. I hope I never need a repair at the beach again…but if I do I will be coming here!"

"We got a low tire alarm while starting our 8 hours trip back from NC to MD. This was at 6:30am on Saturday 7/30. Call Reliable Roadside Service and was able to drive the 3 miles to their home office. The owner came out and was able to find the screw in the tire and repaired it in 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable. If you have issues with a tire I woiuld call this company. Norman H."

"Let me tell you what…..if I could give them ten starts I would!!!! They saved me when AAA majorly let me down!!!! I’d always been on the side of the road for close to 2 1/2 hours when I decided to give John and Kaye a call…. Within 30 mins they picked me up, looked at my vehicle before we left the site…. Figured out my issue….. quoted me a great price…. Double checked to see if the issue created any other issues at the shop…. Had the part ordered and got me back on the road within an hour of getting to the shop….. the longest part of the wait was just waiting on Napa to deliver the part. I will always suggest them and they have my future business. They are a godly couple that reminded me there are still good people out there who care for their locals and I know I really appreciate them!!! If you need a tow or a mechanic give them a shot!!!!"
