"Excellent Doctor office!!! I can't recommend anywhere more confidently! My wife and I used to go here. We stopped going because we moved 3 years ago. We got a new insurance and had to cancel it so we could find insurance that they accepted because they were always soooo great!! So it took us a little bit to get them as our primary provider again and to get in as "new" patients. MORE than worth it! We saw a new Dr because it takes longer to get in to see Corey. We were seeing him when we left, "EXCELLENT DOCTOR!". So we scheduled with Katherine. Also Excellent! ALL the doctors and nurse practitioners there are professionals, thorough and very caring. Non judgemental! I can't recommend them enough. Going back to this office is like going to see an old friend and as a new patient it is like meeting an old friend that believes in you! Really! I can't recommend them enough."

"They only accept new patients to apply in person, only to not tell you when to expect a call. Then you keep calling every week cause you hadn’t received a call and you have medical issues that need addressed. Then you finally get an appointment to be scheduled a month out longer after you waited three weeks and then to be told you have to change your insurance card to display their provider’s name to which they won’t accept otherwise. But no one else ever you’ve visited has had an issue with what doctor was on your card. Who wants to list them as their PCP before you even meet the person and this is your first impression of the care for their patients?! No one should be forcing patients to switch their insurance cards to address medical needs."

"I am beyond pleased with Greenbriar Medical! I'm new to the area and found out about Greenbriar from family. The speed of scheduling my initial visit was fast, especially since I was low on my medications. The doctor and staff were very thorough and I didn't feel rushed during my visit. Plus everyone was very friendly! Today (Monday) I called asking if I could do a walk-in appointment because I was really sick with bronchitis. Dr. Cleland called me back in a short amount of time (he was tending to a scheduled appointment with another patient). He did a Telehealth visit and immediately sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy! WOW!! I can't believe I received such speedy and compassionate care from a medical clinic. It's nice to be treated like a person and not a "Clinic Number".
