Apparently he and his “partner” Becky Parish re-named the business to Sow’s Ear due to the bad publicity. New name, same criminals."

"This company is run by crooks!!!!!! I recently got a new vehicle over the weekend and wasn’t able to make it to the office on Monday to get my parking sticker due to work & the office was closed once I got off work. Woke up Tuesday morning and my car was gone. No warning sticker or anything. They Cherry pick witch cars to tows because it was car right beside mine with no sticker that didn’t get touched. They make you pay $300 dollars to get your car back because of a parking sticker is robbery . They don’t even charge that much when your car is impounded by the police. They like to keep the location a secret until you guarantee that you’ll pay their ridiculous fines. The car won’t be at their Charlotte or waxhaw location they have lil secret spots to meet you.Illegal Thief’s !!"

"This company is the worst towing service I have ever dealt with. I was visiting a relative. The next morning my vehicle had been towed. I’m using a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired. This is the second time they towed the rental car. It seems they look for it. I think it’s because it’s easy money they can make. I’m renting a car surely I need it otherwise why would I be renting it. They are disrespectful when I spoke to a lady over the phone she wouldn’t call me by name kept calling me girl. What amazes me they slip In while people are asleep then start towing cars. My car was sitting in visitors parking and did have a sticker so I really wasn’t sure where to park. I’ve paid $600 because they are money hungry. I feel I deserve that money back. While visiting I see cars with dead tags . I saw two cars with paper tags from two years ago. They never got their cars registered. Of course they didn’t see that but they noticed that rental car every time. They said the tires were flat and that the license plate was expired but this wasn’t true after contacting the rental company. They tell lies to justify their wrong doing. I wasn’t able to meet my appointment on Friday because these guy’s just towing cars just because they can. I understand the apartment complex hires them to patrol the area and enforce illegal parking. All I am saying is be fair about it. You shouldn’t look for certain cars and look over others. Business must be slow when you got to steal cars and tell lies on the reason for the tow. Then still inconvenience me by keeping me waiting while they took their precious time to release the car. I won’t park there again. Sow’s towing robbing people. I just feel that some of this stuff that they do is illegal. Nobody has called them on it yet."

"No one likes to find out their car got towed let alone see the extensive bill to get it back. Pay attention to towing signs when leaving your car parked, i’m guilty of not checking which is how I ended up here. However despite all those headaches, Sow’s Ear Towing had by far the best customer service i’ve seen. Very professional and accommodating. Thank you."
