"Jamie charged me $60 but service and $200 for Freon. Three days later had to return and install more Freon and charged me $60 again. Five days later I called a different service man. Very disappointing and you owe me money Jamie."
"Had the owner of the company out to do a first time health check on the heat pump since buying the house (not new) did the bare minimum for servicing and improperly checked the system, vented a lot of refrigerant out and still couldnt get the pressures good. It was running fine for 2 seasons before he touched it and after he checked it out, had the evap coils freeze during winter 22' in defrost mode, come summer time 23' the coils kept freezing within 15 minutes in cooling mode. Had FoxFire come out and found the system lost 4 lbs of refrigerant due to LOOSE access port schrader valve cores (cores dont work their way loose...) the air handler fan was on low speed setting causing the pressures to be bad. It appears absolutely affordable made it so the system would seem to have failed to get a new system installed and make money. I do not recommend. Because of FoxFire my 14 year old system is now running at peak efficiency than it ever has since its installation and was cheaper cost."

"Breath of fresh air compared to a previous company I used for service. The owner was very knowledgeable and able to quickly determine the ‘screw-up’ of the previous companies tech. I will leave a reluctant negative review on the previous company but not mention them here. Thanks for the quality work at an affordable price."
