"The biggest complaint I have is that they sent my insurance adjuster away telling them my car wasn’t there when it was. They did own up to their mistake but my adjustor wasn’t able to make it back for 10 days. Franklin Body Shop charged $40/day for lot storage and wouldn’t drop any of the fees for their mistake. Even tried blaming it on my insurance company."
