Obviously the problem was on the second floor but getting to the source without tearing up the wall would be difficult. I called Mr Loveday. He was more than an hour away on another job. He offered to come as soon as possible and gave me an estimated time. He was here when he said. He isolated the problem quickly and fixed it without destroying the area around where the pipe had burst. His cuts in the tile wall were minimal, precise and will be easily repaired. I have already had my tile man look at it and he was very impressed with the fact that Mr. Loveday was able to save the tile he removed.
