"I was band from this location after being disrespected by there front desk staff. There where to have customer service skills, unfortunately I called to make an appointment and finish off my dental work and was disappointed when I was disrespectful after trying to correct the young man on his professionalism. He informed me his mother was "jamaica" so that I guess made it ok for him to be rude. I asked for the manager and never heard anything back. Until I called 6months to have emergency service due to the office neglecting my dental work. I found out I was band from this location. The dentist (Rosen) however got on the phone to defend her staff and declined finishing her work. with out knowing that she was refusing my services that she started and had no clue I was disrespected due to my race. This for me is in other words unprofessional, she refused to finish my root canal, and left me in excruciating pain. Not only was this failure to her practice but refusing a patient and still charge the insurance, should be a crime , They refused to complete my dental work . After her poor behavior and how I was treated by the staff. I wouldn't recommend ."

"My boyfriend started to go here and like me he is freaked out by Dentist. But he has such a wonderful experience that I decided to make an appointment myself. I absolutely fell in love with the staff especially Barbara, she was so freaking hilarious we couldn’t stop laughing. The doctor also made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office. Oh and Barbs if you happen to read this I won’t forget your tic Tom pants."

The office was very clean and organized. The Dr. explained everything to me in detail, he didn’t rush me and made me feel really comfortable."

"Been going here 4 years. No complaints except sometimes a long wait but dental work doesn't take only 15 minutes it's a process and emergencies come up. Dr. Lang had always been a great dentist and a good man and I recommend this practice above all others I have ever been too. He also is excellent with military medical forms and over 8 members of my unit attend this practice annually for that very reason. I highly recommend any military personnel to make an appointment should they need to have their forms properly filled out."
