Being that we both had a long history of comprehensive and extensive dentistry we needed a reliable recommendation. Fortunately, we were directed to Dr. Pannullo through our colleagues at work. I no longer have the dreaded feeling of going to the dentist prior to seeing Dr. Pannullo. I always feel like I am in the best care. She works on me with confidence, efficiency, and ease. She is also very in-tune with the needs of her patients. She continually asks me how I am feeling throughout the work, if I am experiencing any pain, and if she senses that I may be anxious she has asked me if I would like to hear music. "To say Dr. Panullo is an exceptional dentist would be an understatement. She is all that you could hope for in a dentist. She has always made me feel calm despite intense anxiety from previous experiences with other dentists. Her bedside manner is among the best I have encountered. Beyond her truly great bedside manner, it is her ability to listen to the my concerns, explain what she needs to do and execute with confidence and skill that amazes me. As a result, I was able to get dental work done that I had put off for over a decade and did not feel a thing. She took her time to make sure I would not. I am amazed that I went through with it, but trusted Dr.Panullo 100% and I’m so glad I did. "I have been a patient for Dr Pannullo’s for over 14 year’s . When I had my first appointment year’s ago from then I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She is so trustworthy, good hearted and most of all!!! Great with pain control!! Which is hard to find ! Her quality of work is amazing!! She work’s with the patient and use’s her great expertise to fabricate what work need’s to be done Her staff is alway’s there with a helping hand as well !! "Dr Pannullo doesn't even deserve one star but you can't post a review without one. She is totally inconsiderate and flippant... she changes her mind according to her mood. When she was taking an impression of my tooth she was moving and shaking around. When I told her to stop she said "OH, I DRANK TOO MUCH COFFEE THIS MORNING". She has cancelled appointments at least a dozen times in one year even up until I was walking in the door. She once said she would be in 5 minutes... I waited an hour and left. Her card says she does implants and she doesn't even have the right instruments for the procedure, so I had to keep coming back until she purchased them. It took 2 years to get 2 implants and it wasn't done right. She made good for one and promised me she would fix the other but she changed her mind. I am fighting her in court now and again several times she has not showed up even her attorney is frustrated with her. She is a nightmare on Tulip Avenue."

"The appointment was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Bottom line, they are very professional and nice and gave me an appointment as soon as they could. Dr. Pannullo was excellent and listened to what I wanted done and did it. She was efficient and made sure that I was not in pain. I thought the pricing was appropriate for the work I needed.
