"Rude office manager Elizabeth thinks it’s ok to call a patient the night before their appointment to tell them it’s an issue with their insurance. I took a day off and worked my schedule around this appointment I made MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AGO BTW. Knowing you cannot change ur assigned dentist the same day, takes 24 hours at least. They call after 5pm so you can’t call back and speak to someone because they are closed. Dr. Cueto did work on my tooth and has been my family dentist for a few years now even with the rude staff, unanswered phone calls I still went because it’s hard finding a new dentist. But the way I was treated today and then knowing how much pain I am in is really so disappointing. This is a family clinic they do not treat their patients like family at all. I’m here in pain unsure what to do"

"Horrible Customer service!! Also, they schedule you for an appointment but prioritize walk ins over your appointment. They have been rescheduling me for 6 months, and whenever I come in I’m waiting for hours! Not to mention the last time they rescheduled me, I came in for my appointment and was told no one put it in the system."
