I have an innate fear of going to the dentist – so I never enjoy going however Dr. Regis always make me feel comfortable and take extra precautions to mitigate my fears. He is superb - his smile and soothing demeanor made me feel like indeed I am in good hands; he is a bright and knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Regis also has an excellent and friendly staff. Sylvia make the insurance and billing process stress-free because she is very informative and gave clear and understandable directives. The technician, Wilma, is cheerful and lent an air of competence and caring. Dr. Regis and staff provides excellent dental care and is a true blessing to their community in Brooklyn."

The wait was extremely long like 2+ hours They tell you that a service is not covered under your insurance when it is because they want the patient to reimburse them at a much higher rate than the insurance company reimburses. So disappointed in how greedy ppl in the dental industry are. its so difficult to find a good and fair dentist."
