"I am curious to know how this clinic achieved a 5* rating. As I arrived for the first time, I was not greeted by anyone in the reception, even though three people were sitting there. I only came for teeth cleaning, which needed to be more professional. They left a bunch of stains on my teeth, and when I asked to clean them, they told me it would be difficult to do because I have Invisalign. The dentist that checked my teeth asked if I had gum disease. Two months prior, I had a professional gum test that told me I had perfect gum health. That made me feel like the dentist didn't know what she was discussing. My gums were most likely sensitive from cleaning prior or teeth shifting from Invisalign. I will not be using them again. 2* only because the hygienist and dentist were friendly ladies."

"I haven’t gotten my bill yet so I may have to modify my review if there are any surprises but my experience with this dental office was beyond expectations. My five year old had had a truly traumatic dental experience five days before this visit at another office and Dr. Lisa made up for the experience and beyond. Every person in the office from front desk to dental assistant to Dr. was so tender and nice to us, explaining each step in detail and easy to understand. My daughter got to watch TV on the ceiling and they were so gentle with her that she barely even noticed them putting her crown back on and she walked away with a flower bracelet, a slinky, and a bounce in her step that she hadn’t had for days. They had taken us in within 24 hours of when we called with a dental emergency and as a new patient and were in network for our insurance. We have found our new dentist. Well worth the 40 minute bike ride for this office."

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone made our anxious two year old daughter feel at ease from the kind lady on front desk to the lovely and very knowledgeable hygienist to the very friendly and pro dentist, Dr MacDermott. Even a lovely mother in the waiting room explained how her now 17 year old had been going there since he was 4, and it is obvious why. So glad to have found such a wonderful dentist for our growing girl! Highly recommend!"
