The dentist quality seems to differ by how hard they choose to work that day. Don’t get me started on the wait time, last time it took OVER TWO HOURS, the useless reception/whatever else she does woman didn’t even run my insurance. I walked out and haven’t looked back since."

"Dissatisfied.... receptionist was very rude and nasty on each encounter. Dr. Maloof looked over my x-rays told me what need to be done just to only pull out my tooth and tell me he couldn't do the other the work because I wasn't a scheduled appointment. Reminder: I made an appointment for myself and my children only for them to tell me that my insurance did not fully cover the work with Dr. Lang and I could only see Dr. Maloof to do the procedures under my insurance. I called the next day NY spoke with Dr. Maloof the next day, he in formed me that I can come in Saturday. Call this morning before I went in and was told they could not see me. Now I'm sit here with two holes in my teeth and can't chew all because this place was very disorganized and unprofessional."
