"Dr. Mishra is horrible. My daughter has been to the dentist several times before and has never cried. Her visit here has traumatized her. The cleaning was rushed less than 5mins, no answers to questions and his assistant is to tired to work. I will never take my daughter here again. Absolutely horrible. No stars. Best believe I’ll let my agency know about this. The office is also old and dirty looking. I also had a problem with fraud here as the front desk employee signed my paperwork for payment."

"I have been visiting Dr. Mishra since 1998 with numerous dental issues. He is experienced, highly qualified and has a hygienist on site. Dr Mishra along with his staff is professional, patient and very friendly. Atmosphere is pleasant. I always feel welcome fom beginning to end. I recently visited Dr. Mishra and my experience was awesome. I never felt rushed. I also did a couple crowns in 1998 and I am impressed with the work that was done. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and detailed in finding a solution for my dental problem. I have no complaints. Highly recommend to anyone."

"I was a private patient at both offices, St. John's and East NY Crescent St. My final visit last Month I came in for new upper dentures. When I tried them on the teeth were very long and did not have the gap that I requested and paid for. I told him that I did not like them and he insisted the teeth looked great on me. However, I did not like the look because it was not what I paid for. so He proceeded to use his equipment and made a very small gap. I still was not happy with the teeth! I went home a week later I bit into a slice of Apple and while chewing I heard a weird sound but only to find out my dentures were cracking. I called the St. John's office and informed the Dentist Dr Mishra about my situation and he said to me "what do you want me to do? and there's nothing I can do for you. You need to find a place that can help you". I was truly shocked because I've been his patient for several years and did not expect a response like that from him. He got my $625 and I still have to pay someone else $100 to help me fix a slight crack that should have never happened if the Dentures were made properly."
