"He installed a new water heater at my property in July of 2022. After installation, I discovered that he replaced my 50 gallon one with a 40 gallon one. He assured me it would be fine for my 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath house with a family of 4. It was not fine. We have struggled with having enough hot water since and have started blowing elements in the unit. I texted and called him multiple days to come check the elements. He would not respond to me. Today I had another local plumbing company who came out immediately. I had a bad element. I wound up replacing the 6 month old Rheem water heater with a 50 gallon AO Smith to avoid constantly having to deal with blown elements. I’ve used A to Z for multiple repairs over the years but after this, I can no longer recommend him. I am out the $1200 he charged me for the water heater and labor 6 months ago."

"Very disappointed in the work I had completed. Total new plumbing throughout. It has been so disappointing that I haven’t been able to even talk about it. I have had to have work done twice since he replaced all the plumbing in my house. Which cost me even more money. I text Zach for months after the work with NO response or a text that he would come and then never showed up. He did not finish hooking in the faucet outside so it did not work at all, so I couldn’t use it to water plants or wash car etc. I had to pay a plumber to come to fix that as well. The other plumber is so old school professional that he would not tell me what is wrong with the plumbing that was installed, but I got the impression the Zach had used pieces and left over stuff from maybe from another job to do the hack job he did in my house. I don’t know this for sure as the other plumber would not tell me. I repeatedly ask him to tell me and he would not say anything against Zach, but I could tell he was shocked at the work. Also Zach did not put the trim back up on the wall in the upstairs hallway. I initially got Zach to fix some Leaks and was pleased with work, so that is why I hired him to replace everything In the house. Trust me he replaced it and I would have probably been better off doing nothing. Especially after the aggravation of dealing with his lack of contact. Don’t recommend from My experience and I’m praying for him to do better by others. I learned a valuable lesson"

"This guy is a complete rip off artist, late would not call or come back and fix the problem, took money from senior citizen i. Be aware of him , also uses the name Beavers Plumbing, A to Z Plumbing."
