"Always professional! Gentleman had some issues getting my filter off and he kept apologizing for the delay. I had no problem with it as I prefer it be done right and take a few extra minutes. Because he felt it took longer than it should he took $5 off. I also like that they are open until 7 so I don’t have to take time off from work and can just stop by there on my way home from office."

"It was only 15:00 and they were already beginning to get a rather large line. There was two people working, one to do inspections, and the other was working oil changes. Despite having this long line, they still took the time to be safe, they still took the time to follow procedure, and they still took the time to care for the customer. People are impatient and you could tell a couple of the customers were beginning to get irritated. They continued to remain professional and were top tier employees! Thank you guys! Will definitely be back!"

"I must say my experience with Strickland Brothers was fantastic! The 2 men working there were extremely knowledgeable and worked together like a well oiled machine (pun intended). They reminded me of how Gordon Ramsey teaches people working in a kitchen to communicate with one another to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. I do want to let you know that you can get your oil changed within 10-15 minutes all while you sit in the comfort of your car. However, just know that if there are cars in front of you, you may have to wait. But I was compensated for the time I had to wait. Prices also were pretty good, especially for a quick oil change. "This place seems to have went downhill quickly. I understand how to be patient, but when you sit in line an hour with only 2 vehicles ahead of you it's hard to have much patience. Vehicles getting oil changes definitely take longer than 15 minutes so that shouldn't be advertised. Inspections seem to take even longer than an oil change. Then the tech wants to charge me a window tint fee and my windows aren't tinted. I am most likely done with taking my vehicles here. The last few times it has not been an enjoyable experience at all."
