"Trust me when I say the customer service here is horrendous. Rude workers not paying any attention to who is at the counter when no other customers are around and not to mention how it was 3 hours after they had technically opened but not a single garage door was unchained or opened up. Go spend your money on a company who’s employees care about treating customers well."

"I’m never going to get my oil changed here again. When I first got there the lady I met did warn me that it would be a 2 hour wait. That’s a ridiculous wait time however I did not have another choice. 2 AND A HALF hours later I finally leave. Took them 2 hours just to get my car in the bay. I understand that place can get busy but that was absolutely ridiculous. Other customers were complaining that these people were slow as well. Walmart needs to step it up"

"Five stars only for the young lady who works Saturdays. Twice now I have tried to get my oil changed during the week WELL before closing time only to be turned away because they were too busy when they clearly were not. The Saturday lady is always quick, super helpful and sooooo friendly!!"

"Went in to get an oil change a come back out with a messed up front left fender that wasn’t like that before it went into the bay. Had a manager check it out and still had nothing done to fix it. I won’t EVER use them again!!!"

"Brought my 2018 Ram 1500 in for a Tire Rotation and Oil Change. There were 3 cars ahead of me so by the time it was ready for me it ended up being like a 3 hour wait. But I did some shopping while I was waiting so it all worked out. They also changed the windshield wiper blades and put in a new air filter."
