Despite making appointments in advance, I often found myself waiting for an extended period before he was available to cut my hair. This lack of punctuality was somewhat frustrating, as it seemed like my time was not being respected. Another concern was Gabriel's responsiveness to phone calls. There were times when I needed to reach out to reschedule or confirm appointments, but he would either not answer or return my calls with significant delays. This made communication challenging and added to the inconvenience. In conclusion, Gabriel's skill as a barber is unquestionable, and I appreciated the quality of his work. However, the recurring issues with punctuality and communication left room for improvement in the overall customer experience.
