"Online booking is supposed to make the experience smooth for both the customer and the sevice provider but that only works if the provider sticks to their own schedule. Booked with the owner Key. When I came for my appointment she had to be called to come to the shop and this is not the first time this happened. The price online was different than the price given in the shop. Booked another appointment and was made to wait for an HOUR before leaving. There were several other barbers in the shop. She came and cut another person's hair who came in after us and NEVER acknowledged that we were waiting. In order to run a successful business you need more than talent you also need customer service which is nonexistent here unless you are friends with the staff."

"Most professional barber shop experience I had up to date! Lee is an awesome barber who knows his stuff. He's going to give you a cut tailored exactly to your needs, but he will also drop some wisdom on you so that you are taking proper care of yourself outside of the barber shop! If you are looking for great hair care experience, go to this place!"

"First I want to say to see a little young Black Woman owning her own business makes me so proud. Next when that young woman is humble professional polite and knows what she's doing just makes it better than good. I made an appt with Key the owner and she texted and called me to say she was running behind. When I got there I only had to wait about 30 minutes. Key did a great job on my hair and I will be going back. The shop is nice and clean and everyone is professional and nice. I had a great relaxing satisfied experience."
