"Tuft has an amazing environment! and most of the barbers are incredible!! However, I forgot to call to cancel my appointment after my grandfather died, I was still charged. Understandable... my fault I guess. Then when I came back the front desk lady had such a crazy attitude I told her she was making me mad! I then cancelled my appointment and asked where they recommend going!! I was then banned. Don't waste your time."
