"Reina is amazing. I was a walk-in, just visiting Red Hook for the day, and looked up places to get a cut. One Cut Better, with Reina, was highly recommended. And she didn’t disappoint. I got a great cut. It would be an hour and 1/2 to continue my cuts with her - and it would be worth it. 5 stars to her and 5 stars to the shop and atmosphere."

"This is partially my fault because I was a walk-in, but I felt very rushed. Even though I showed her photos, the barber just wet my hair, gave me a bowl cut, and rushed me out the door. I will not be returning."
