"BAD SMP, my last cession with Charles on sep 10, now 2 months later the whole ink is faded away , for $2k i didn't get What i expected , if you have a plan to do SMP , You make sure to find a right practitioners regardless of the distance , now i am bald again , i am disappointed by Charles poor performance, i went new York to re-do it , but They find it difficult since Charles smears black ink in my bald spot , Charles shouldn't practice SMP at all !!! Sorry to say that but that is the fact!!!"

"I've taken my son to places like sports clips or really expensive salons in Hershey, but Charles was the first person to really listen to what he wanted, and pause to ask questions to clarify before moving forward. My son who is 14 said Charles asked if he wanted the back straight or a little wavy and then suggested what to do based on the preference which was great because my son (not a master barber) didn't know what he originally asked for might not give him the look and feel he was seeking.
