"I have never work with Fort Mill Handyman before but had some roof shingles that needed repairing before rain caused more damage. I contacted Koester, and he called me back immediately even though he was on vacation. We sized up the problem, and he schedule his team to come to my home the next day. They arrived early, completed the repair safely and completely. His guys were professional and a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to working with them for future projects. Thank you"

"Door jamb replacement. The service person did not do a good job and didnt seem like he was interested in his work. The door would not close properly after he was done. Instead of adding a larger piece to replace, he added 3 smaller pieces with wood filler in between. It's already needing rework less than 2 years later. For comparison, the side they didn't work on is still going strong."

"Unfortunately this guy isn’t an honest person. He was driving impaired and hit my sons car and our mailbox. Have a video of him on my ring doorbell of him admitting he hit my sons car. Said he didn’t have his insurance with him so promised he’d make it right and take care of us which was 3 days ago. He isn’t responding to my phone calls or texts. Very shady and I hope no one uses him for their handyman needs. I’m a business owner as well and wouldn’t post this if I felt I had another option."
