In this time of COVID19 when ordering things can be dicey, they were able to order the part and returned to my home on a Tuesday morning to install part. I was notified on Monday of the estimated arrival time (within a couple of hours window) and received a text about their arrival time Tuesday (within the first hour) when they were 15 minutes out from my home. Their costs VERY reasonable after talking to neighbors who have used other big name appliance repair companies.
