"Staff members are great and ready to assist you. I've had two vehicles in for new tires and was well pleased. Called at another time to ask if they could replace a truck spare tire with a new one I bought elsewhere, and was told their company policy would not allow it. Too bad...took it to a local shop who was glad to help and do it for half the price."

"Booked an appointment at 8 am to replace 2 tires. Took them 3 hrs and 30 minutes to change two tires. They have no sense of urgency. Booking an appointment doesn’t help at all, they didn’t start working on my car until 10 am. They need to replace the whole staff with employees who come to work ready to work. I was late for work because people don’t wanna do their job that they get paid for. Need to get in touch with corporate to get some changes in there ASAP"

"I have visited this location a few times, and am always happy with the service. Most recently I got that famous low tire warning and stopped by this Goodyear location in Fort Mill towards the end of the day. Ryan the customer service advisor was great. He let me know that the techs had gone for the day, but he filled my tire with air and told me to return the next morning. Following morning, both Ryan and the store Manager Bob, got me in and out within 45 minutes of me being there. My tire is all repaired, and because of this consistent service, I will recommend this location and continue to be a loyal customer. Always a good experience when I come to this Goodyear location...thanks to Ryan and Bob for making it a seamless experience."
