He took off his shoes for a new home without being asked which I felt was a courtesy. He was kind and thoughtful as I am not tech savvy and he walked me through each step and helped me understand each app that was downloaded. He took the time to ask me if I had any questions or concerns throughout the process and made sure that I knew how to contact the company in case I needed help or needed anything else. Brad went above and beyond because some apps use other apps to communicate so he made sure I understood and had downloaded everything correctly. He spoke highly of the company. Some reps hate their jobs but I can tell he loves what he does and you can tell he truly has lots of knowledge for what he is doing. He used every courtesy and remained personable at the same time."
