"Poor customer service, all they do is transfer you from one person to another. I purchased a receiver less than a year ago along with the total tech warranty. The receiver went out so I called and they scheduled someone to come out on a Thursday but it was a no show or no call. I called them and they sent another tech out the following Friday who determined I needed a new receiver and told me to call and set up an exchange appointment. I called and was transferred at least 7 times and twice the call was disconnect but no one called me back and they had my number. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone just trying to get this a freaking appointment."
