"So this review is based on my two experiences with their apprentice Nick at the shop. He is a great gabber and will talk your ear off, but this is about the babering aspect. My first time going I booked an appointment for a cut and shave. Nick did not cut my hair the way I wanted it and I had to express my displeasure for him to take his time and do the cut the way I had expressed. I did not get the shave portion of my appointment like I had signed up for. I gave Nick another chance on Friday and he gave me a cut that was so off from the picture I showed him, I will not be going to this shop again. I had another barber look at my cut and they were appalled at the work that was done. I'm sure the master barbers do a great job but my experience has been ruined by the lack of care and quality from their shop apprentice. If you go to ducktail, I'd recommend paying the extra money to get cuts by their more experience barbers."
