"Omar and his team are amazing. Truly Elite! After my first car accident AZ Elite’ took great care of my ES350. Omar offered to come pick the car up himself, The customer service is alway great. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. The attention to detail is also great! the pinstripe on my car was re-done along with the repair and paint. Once the work was finished Omar delivered the car back to my house. The work him and his guys did, plus the wash and detail, had it looking newer and better than it did when I first got it. "I should give this place 1 start just so more people check my comment but truly deserves (again) 5 starts. Project - replace cracked bumper, clean off paint residue from LED previous shop left on the part, buff scratches of trunk and rear bumper. Process - Omar is easy to negotiate and work around a schedule. Needed part has been ordered as agreed from car manufacturer (which i checked and confirmed myself). As soon he got the part and painted it, next day it was ready to install. Shop is busy at all time (which is a good sign). Shop’s lot is full of car people care about and want them to be restored properly, which tells you a lot about work Omar does. Results - new part painted 98% to my satisfaction. One small visible residue caught in paint but color and finish to my satisfaction. Montage could be better. Omars employee did not clean LED light as we agreed which was something that takes a symbolic minute. Trunk scratch was buffed half way (for what ill stop by at the shop and address and maybe i have it finished) and bumper scratch was taken care or just great. Overall satisfaction - 95%. I had a chance to wait and observe how shop prospers. These are just good guys if not very good guys with skills. It seems like they do their job effortlessly which means they just know their profession. At the end i end up with plate covers promoting shop - which i will remove because it was not part of any deal to begin but i took several business cards because if id like to suggest someone good body shop this place would be it. Part cost $516. Total cost as agreed $1000. With all time and handling the process i feel like price was right. Whats more i wont have to return to get things fixed like some con artist i had to deal with in East Setauket (oh yeah that Chariot body shop) Here are before and after pictures. "Excellent service went in for a Trim installation on my car and was out in a couple of hours. These guys are Amazing took care of the installation with amazing detail. The shop it self is very clean and and the staff very friend, helping and knowledgebal about the work. went to a couple of different body shops for estimates and Az Elite Auto Body had the best prices around.. Will recommend them to anyone needing Auto Body work done 5/5"
