"First time I went to this place it was a good cut with a pleasant message afterwards, I would give it 5 stars off of the first experience. The second time was unpleasant, I believe I got a different person who was very rough compared to the first. While she did an acceptable haircut, she used too much pressure on the razor and was going too quickly causing the nerves on the back of my head to burn. Then she kept hitting my ears with the comb as she trimmed the sides and pulled my hair while trimming the top with the comb and razor. She then gave a very unpleasant neck and back message that was immensely uncomfortable both during and after. All of these issues were caused by going way too fast which was completely unjustified considering no one was waiting and it wasn’t busy. I likely won’t be returning unless there’s a necessity."

"Been growing my hair for about 5 years now and decided to go with Kim's barber shop to transform back to short hair! They were very nice and did a quick quick hair cut with a nice message afterwards! 5/5"

"I wanted a #1 medium fade and I got a #1 all the way up. No fade at all. And the lady was rushing and I was the only one in there. Will not be going there anymore. Spend your money elsewhere. Super rough haircut all the way through. Don't know how they have 4.4 stars"

"Painful haircut. Nicked both my ear and neck multiple times. Pulled my hair with the scissors and kept biting my neck with the clippers. The women giving the haircut was so fast and frantic even though I was the only person there. I thought about getting up and leaving half way thru. On top of that, The haircut I got was not what I asked for and it looked bad. By far, the worst haircut I have ever gotten and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever."
