"Over the last year or 2 the staff, especially the front desk (not the dentists) have become extremely rude to families and children. I’ve seen it first hand and it’s happened to me multiple times. It’s u fortunate because this is a family practice and yet they are so unaccommodating to families about the silliest of things. I personally know someone who’s been “black listed” bedside she had to cancel or reschedule appointments 2-3 times and now she’s on “probation”-no joke! Emergencies come up. Otherwise, the dentists themselves s are extremely kind, we love Dr. Joe!"
