"First, this dental office has somehow removed their previous negative reviews. I am here to warn you that this office does not use lasers as advertised and their method of “pain-free Novocain administration” is to strike your gums very hard with a small hammer like tool first, which caused me to bleed while they injected the needle, which was painful. Dr Wood told me I had 15 cavities despite being in my early 20s and taking good care of my teeth. After my first round of painful unnecessary drilling, I sought a second opinion at another dentist who told me I had 0 cavities. This office commits fraud and performs unnecessary painful work to make money. If they suggest excessive work, get a second opinion. Better yet, steer clear. Edited to reply: I know you’ve deleted negative reviews because mine was one of them, including other reviews addressing your lack of laser treatment that are now missing, but I am not surprised with you acting like you haven’t removed them, considering my overall questionable and frankly, shady experience here. Regardless, you performed unnecessary drilling and the fillings you gave me fell out shortly after, causing me to seek treatment elsewhere for something I did not need in the first place. Not sure why you took advantage of me, maybe because I looked young and naive, but you did."

"As someone who has horrible dental anxiety from experiences with other dentists, I cannot express in words how much coming to Dr. Wood has made coming to the dentist NOT a panic inducing experience. He was so friendly from day one and always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable, he communicates exactly what he is doing, and asks me throughout any procedures if I am ok and makes sure I'm not feeling any pain (I have anxiety from other dentists not listening/believing me when I say I could still feel them drilling). If you have ANY amount of dental anxiety, I highly recommend Dr. Wood and his entire (wonderful, friendly, welcoming) team!!!"

"I have been going to Dr. Wood for years and although I drive 1.5 hours to get to his office, I can’t imagine using anyone else! His office is beautiful, immaculate, and very calming. The staff are very welcoming and everyone is professional and attentive! Dr. Wood has state of the art equipment and a wealth of knowledge about all dental procedures and options. He was able to remove my silver/mercury fillings which resulted in a significant improvement in my health. My hygienist Amanda is awesome, and Dr. Wood is such a positive, caring Dentist!"
