"Was introduced to them to try out to get new pair of Dentures since it was long overdue. Took a while to get the final product and I got my early Christmas present which were my dentures. They turn out really nice, and they look real. I feel so much confident in showing off my smile once again after so many years hiding them with my long mustache. Receptionists are welcoming and staff makes you feel comfortable and understand everything that needs to be done or whatever is wrong with your tooth or gums and just everything. I felt great being there and I thanked them for everything :D"

"terrible honestly. Front desk was nice, dental hygienists were nice too. The actual dentist though was a nightmare. I am a hijabi, and she has no boundaries she would grab my bun which was extremely uncomfortable. I told her not to and she continued to do so. She refused to treat me bc I told her not to grab my bun like that, she kept telling me to take my bun out which was ridiculous and i told her as such, I did get my treatment after but I never got a call back to get the rest of my fills done. She apologized after only because her assistant told her to. Edit- Im an adult don't know why they're asking for a parent. Regardless of whatever misunderstanding can happen once someone has stated they don't like something, continuing to do it is no longer a misunderstanding but rather a breach of respect. As this was not the first time but the third time she did that to me."

"5 Stars. This is my 6th time I think and the staff especially the dentist is very nice and helps me. I have had many top and bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Today I was running a few minutes late due to an issue with my son and his bus and they still assisted me. Many thanks! -Cassia"

"Ugh I have such regrets coming here. I chose the dentist based on their convenient Saturday hours, but have been dealing with weird sandy feeling and poorly shaped fillings ever since. At first I figured that it was something that would pass, since I’ve never experienced anything like it, but it’s permanent. I didn’t even really have issues with my teeth, they said I had cavities forming and I thought I should deal with time sooner than later. If only I could go back in time and not bother. They did not seem at all surprised when I said I was unhappy and would be switching dentists."

"Honestly best dentist office in Western New York! I love how professional & clean the office is. Every cavity I have had filled in I have not had any problems with.The doctor is very caring & gives her advice from her heart. I'm truly so glad I have found this dentist. They are a busy office, but every time they have an early opening they always call me in to come before my schedule date. I always recommend family & friends! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!"
